INTRODUCTION:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established company, which has an outstanding reputation within the the Fine Art industry on a global basis. The company is well established and is looking for someone that is ablet o provide a long-term commitment.

They are now looking for a new Customer Service / Administration person to join its team. This will be instrumental in both reactive and proactive in helping the Company to achieve higher sales and profits.

SALARY ETC:

£23k to £25k
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Location: West London
Working in a team of 4
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

Dealing with all communications in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
Developing a knowledge and understanding of services and products to communicate effectively our products and services to grow sales.
Handle enquiries, order processing and solving problems on daily basis.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with customers in a professional manner.
Provide daily Customer Service support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager on a daily basis.
Play an active role in helping grow the sales by capitalizing on opportunities discussed and defined through daily meetings.
Provide administrative support.
Honest and reliable with precise attention to detail, who uses their own initiative.
Enthusiastic and polite.
Work to tight deadlines.
Team player.
Contribute to help other team members at all times
REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience within administration in a customer focused company
Must have experience in a Customer Service position within an office based role
Will need to have excellent English, both spoken and written
Should have excellent customer service skills, through various methods, including via the telephone, email and written correspondence.
To have experience using a database
Good listener
