Accommodation Manager – Mental Health – SE London – £33k to £38k + excellent benefits.

An opportunity for an experienced Accommodation / Home Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation.

The jobholder will ensure that the support staff are performing to a high standard, ensuring that service complies with the requirements of Quality Assurance Framework (QAF). Ensuring the residents are provided with a supportive service that will engage and empower them to develop domestic, social and life skills and prepare and enable them to live independently. Leading a team of recovery coordinators and senior recovery coordinator.


£33k to £38k.
Excellent benefits package.
Permanent, full-time role
Start: Looking for someone to commence in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024.
8:30am – 5pm core hours, with on call requirements
South West London.


• Must be living in UK, with full rights to work in the UK.
• Have a current driving licence and has access to a car.
• Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology/ health and social care, housing.
• Level 5 or above in NVQ Health and Social Care.
• Must have at least 2-years experience in managing support staff.
• Excellent knowledge of mental health conditions and dual diagnosis.
• Knowledge of support planning and risk assessing client’s needs.
• Experience of the Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) or (CQC).


• Oversee the Accommodation of clients requiring varying levels of support.
• Professionally lead by example.
• Guarantee a warm welcoming reception for tenants.
• Conduct regular individual supervisory performance assessments.
• Responsible for the support, quality of life and welfare of tenants.
• Provide strategic leadership.
• Maintain occupancy levels.
• Safeguard vulnerable clients.
• Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance.
