Butcher & Chefs – Luxury Family Butchers Shop – £27k to £35k + Benefits – Central SW London

This company is a high end, traditional family Butchers who have retail butcher shops in central SW London. They have an excellent reputation within London for providing excellent customer service and good quality meat. As well as meat based products to their customers. They offer the finest meats and seasonal produce with the knowledge and personal service demanded by today’s food loving generation. Each of the shops have their own personality, with many of their regular customers known by name. They enjoy engaging with customers and love the conversations and hearing about the delicious meals they have created using the produce.

As part of their expansion, they are looking for UK based chefs who wish to train as butchers and who also have excellent customer facing skills, or experienced Butchers.

SALARY ETC:

Hours are 48 hours a week. 5 days a week working over weekends on a rota basis
Salary: £Neg, depending on experience (£27k to £30k circa for Butcher, £31k to £35k circa for Butcher Manager)
