A large Regulatory Body based near to London Bridge is urgently seeking Customer Service applicants with excellent logistical and research skills to join their busy ‘Registrations’ department.
The salary for the Customer Service Officer is £23 600 or £12.63 per hr.
This is an office based role. (It is not remote working)
Experience of working in a verification department, legal environment or in a research role would be a bonus. Customer service/ helpdesk experience would also be beneficial. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required.
The Customer Service Officer job involves registering professionals keen to work in the UK. Checking their qualifications, where they have studied and ensuring other credentials are in place before they can operate in this country. Good research and investigatory skills are essential. Good attention to detail is very important.
