This opportunity of a Food & Beverage Manager, is located within a luxury retirement complex, offering its residents who have their own private apartments, a 5* Hotel service and luxury retirement living. The Food & Beverage Manager, is mainly overseeing the beautiful restaurant service, but also small events, bar and lounge areas. They are looking to recruit a bubbly, very friendly, patient, dedicated and experience Manager from a similar background such as a Hotel or luxury hospitality environment. This is a floor, very hands on position with very little paperwork as the focus is on customer care and service.

Responsible for the Food & Beverage operation including training of service staff, the organization and cleanliness throughout the entire food service operation. Fully hands on operation and ensure all homeowners are offered the 5* service they are paying for. Creating a fun, friendly environment for staff and homeowners.

SALARY ETC:

£30k to £32k + benefits
Permanent, full-time
Restaurant opening times: Monday – 10-8pm, Tuesday – 10-8pm, Wednesday – 10-8pm, Thursday – 10-8pm, Friday – Closed (Off), Saturday – 10-8pm & Sunday – Closed (Off).
Covers: 60 covers for Restaurant, 70 covers for events as and when.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experienced in a similar role as a Restaurant or F&B Manager, within a Hotel or similar high standard F&B outlet.
To have a bubbly, very friendly, patient, and dedicated manner
To have experience in running small events up to 70 covers, restaurant of 60 covers and bar service.
