A popular brunch restaurant, which is part of a small successful and growing company, is looking for a new head chef to join the family! You’ll be taking over from (but working alongside), owner and chef, and will be continuing and building on his hard work in the quest to be the best brunch venue in London! It’s a fantastic time to join the brand, with big growth plans in the pipeline, we want you to join us on the journey. They have featured on various television channels and won many awards.

The restaurant is busy, but you’ll benefit from very few late nights, and regular weekend days off. Whilst the restaurant is their main focus, they also cater for some outside catering, corporate events, private events and festivals, which you’ll be involved in too.

SALARY ETC:

£30k to £33k + Trunk
Early finish times, with the restaurant closing at 4pm on 5 days of the week
2 days off per week, 1 often being a weekend day.

Being an early part of a fast growing, and ambitious team – with huge amounts of opportunity in the near future.
Working 5 days out of 7, no split shifts, and mainly early finishes, with one or two slightly later finishes, depending on business.
REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally, you’ll have up to 5 years’ experience in professional kitchens.
