A HR Consultants company is looking for a new HR Consultant to join their successful and growing business. They work collaboratively with small businesses across a variety of sectors to provide outsourced HR support. It is vital that you are able to build great working relationships with the clients, as many see the HR Consultant as an extension of their team, similar to that of an in-house HR role. The HR Consultant is not just a consultant, but someone who will do the HR work for them as well. With this in mind, you will be responsible for clients recruitment one day and change management, employee relations or reward the next. You must have the experience and confidence to deal with ER issues if they do arise, although this may only be an occasional requirement. You will have great stakeholder management skills along with an interest (and preferably some experience) in working on a wide variety of HR projects.
£48k to £52k + benefits
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (some flexibility can be considered proving you are there for the client when needed).
Hybrid based, working in the office once or twice a week, which is based in Kent. You will also need to be available to visit clients as and when needed, although a lot of the work is done remotely.
Previously experience in a lone standing HR role, with exposure to a high volume of employee relations case management, and some exposure to other areas of the generalist remit.
