This is an opportunity for a Network Support Officer – 1st Line Support, to join a beautiful historic institution providing sheltered accommodation and full nursing care where necessary to its retired residents. In addition, this beautiful village setting has listed buildings, great architectural interest, vast landscaped gardens and is of national heritage. The Network Support Officer role is to provide technical 1st Line Support to all users at throughout the organisation, working in a small freindly team.
£26,000 + excellent benefits package
Central SW London
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm.
2 years’ experience working with LAN, WAN, VoIP and Microsoft environments. Good technical IT knowledge
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Engineer)
Degree on Computing Science (desirable)
Good working knowledge of MS Windows Servers 2019
Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and 2016
