Job Description

A successful and expanding Self-Storage company is looking for an Operations Coordinator, to support the Manager with the expansion and overall running of the business. This would suit someone from a retail management background, or similar. They offer highly secure offsite document and self-storage at competitive pricing in fire and waterproof containers, designed to not only protect documents or personal goods, but to provide an inexpensive secure solution in a notoriously expensive market.

The Operations Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all self-storage customers, as well as potential customers. This post will be supporting the Manager, being trained into a deputy for the manager and supporting him with the growth of the business. The role, whilst being mainly customer and customer sales coordinated, will be diverse in standing in for the office manager when they are away, supporting the Manager in the operations and growth of the company, ensuring that payments and invoicing are up to date, administration and dealing with any problems that may arise.

SALARY ETC:

£27k to £30k circa + benefits
Permanent, full-time
8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Grays / Thurrock (you will need to be able to drive to work due to lack of public transport)
REQUIREMENTS:

To have held a similar role, perhaps as a retail / operations Coordinator / manager, or client services manager, or similar.
Must be confident on the phone when dealing with questions and sales enquiries.
