A leading membership and training organisation, is urgently seeking a Part-time Training Coordinator.
This role is hybrid and is 28 hours per week (4 days). Working days can be flexible but must meet the needs or the organisation.
The Part-time Training Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Training on the end-to-end co-ordination and administration of the organisation’s programmes, from supporting the registration of new trainees through monitoring trainee progression, and administrating completions and/or withdrawals from the programme.
Manage all operational interactions with key stakeholders.
Responsibility for the co-ordination and administration of the monthly panel meetings this includes scheduling trainee appointments and panel membership; assembling and circulating paperwork; attending the panel meetings; ensuring e-portfolios and trainee records are maintained and updated and that all actions are followed up.
Ensure accurate records relating to all aspects of the programme and of trainee progression are maintained in appropriate form.
Attend and advise meetings of several committees.
The right person for this role must be organised, process orientated, customer focused and able to follow strict regulatory procedures.
FTE salary is 28K (£22,400 for a 28hour week) plus benefits.
