My client, a prestigious membership organisation, seeks a Senior Administrator to work with the Executive PA. Working within a small and friendly team, this role will provide admin support to the governance and Exec PA’s. Helping support to members and assist front of house with events and reception cover. The ability to multi-task is key.
Please note this role is fully office based, within a stunning building based near Victoria.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is flexible, proactive and has experience of working within a busy executive office. The ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines is important. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Minimum of 3 years’ office experience as an executive/personal assistant, administrator, or receptionist.
Experience in organising committee meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High aptitude for spelling and grammar, and accuracy in data entry and proof-reading.
Salary – 27.5K plus excellent benefits
